HERE BEGINS THE WORKOUT JOURNEY.
I’m doing this “Mean Abs June” and I just did the first day. Starting out pretty easy with 15 sit-ups, 5 crunches, 10 planks, and 10 push-ups.
I did extra crunches and not so great on push-ups. But oh well.
I shall also be running probably starting next week, if the weather permits it. If anyone else wants the workout shoot me an ask and I’ll post it. :)

Actually, Friedman is probably right that Obama should just sell his record … and sell it hard and uncompromisingly.
